Practice Summary

Holly has a diverse practice, including representing creditors, bankruptcy trustees, and other stakeholders in bankruptcy, federal, and state courts. She also counsels business clients on transactional matters. Holly is a skilled communicator and a strong advocate for her clients. Her focus in every case is to provide practical and efficient solutions, regardless of the scope of her representation.

Previously, Holly represented creditors in complex civil litigation matters federal courts and in circuit courts throughout Oregon. Her litigation background provides an excellent foundation for her transactional practice.

Holly also is active in the community as a nonprofit volunteer, and she represents low-income Oregonians on a pro bono basis through the Legal Aid Services of Oregon Bankruptcy Clinic. She is currently active in several bar organizations, including the OSB Debtor-Creditor Section, the Multnomah Bar Association, and Oregon Women Lawyers. Holly’s favorite place is the Columbia River Gorge. She can often be found hiking, backpacking, and camping in the area.
