Practice Summary

While all good business owners hope for the best and plan for the worst, navigating legal disputes can sometimes be a necessary part of operating a successful business. Ryan’s clients trust him with the resolution of these disputes with the knowledge that the situation will be managed in a proactive, timely and cost-effective way, and that he will focus on their business objectives in pursuing legal strategies, allowing them to concentrate on running their business.

The cornerstone principle upon which Ryan’s litigation practice is built is that the outcome of a legal dispute must align with his client’s interests, financial circumstances, and expectations to the fullest extent possible. He applies this principle to guiding clients through all stages of litigation, beginning with pre-litigation negotiation all the way through enforcement and collection of judgments.

Ryan’s practice emphasizes a wide range of litigation that includes complex commercial litigation, real estate litigation, general business litigation, employment defense, personal injury defense, consumer defense, and commercial collection matters.

Outside of work, Ryan enjoys spending quality time with his partner Julie and their mischievous golden retriever, Macklin.
