Pay Your Invoice or Oregon Retainer Online
As a courtesy to our clients, Farleigh Wada Witt accepts credit cards for payment of invoices and Oregon retainers. Farleigh Wada Witt has partnered with LawPay to provide the convenience of making online payments via a secure webpage. The firm can only accept retainer payments for Oregon clients.
This service may be used for payment of invoices or Oregon retainers in the following manner:
Existing Clients: Invoice Payment
Existing clients pay an invoice by entering the Invoice Number as it appears on the statement and the amount paid. If the firm is unable to match the information entered to the account, your payment will be applied to the oldest balance first. The transaction will not be processed if there is no balance due. Click on the link below to pay an invoice by credit card, debit card or eCheck.
Credit card payment notice: Due to bank processing times, it may take 2-3 days before your account reflects your payment.
INVOICE PAYMENT
There is a fee of 3% for credit card payments. There is no fee to pay by debit card or eCheck.
Existing and New Clients: Oregon Client Trust Account – Retainer Payment
Existing clients may also replenish their Oregon retainer. To replenish a retainer, click on the link below. New clients may also make an Oregon retainer payment online. The submission of a retainer payment does not create an attorney-client relationship. An attorney-client relationship is only created upon the execution of an engagement letter, signed by a Farleigh Wada Witt attorney. Upon request by a Farleigh Wada Witt attorney and upon receipt of an executed engagement letter, new clients may make their retainer payments by clicking the "Oregon Retainer Payment" link below.
Credit card payment notice: Due to bank processing times, it may take 2-3 days before your account reflects your payment.
