Protecting Collateral and Maximizing Recovery

The transportation industry is highly regulated and strongly affected by global and domestic issues.

We understand these challenges and work efficiently to help transportation clients protect their assets.

Our attorneys assist transportation companies with equipment leasing and finance, collection of commercial debts, replevin actions, and business restructuring when necessary.

We represent national trucking and equipment leasing companies with litigation and bankruptcy matters in Oregon and Washington to protect their collateral and maximize their recovery.

The firm is a member of the Equipment Leasing and Finance Association (ELFA) and Lease Enforcement Attorney Network (LEAN).

We actively participate in these associations and provide quality presentations and practical resources to the transportation and freight industry.
