Utility Providers

Complex Real Estate and Environmental Representation

We have represented the largest electric power company in the Pacific Northwest and the largest American cable communications company for more than a decade.

Our attorneys understand the regulatory challenges and continuous changes this industry endures.

We represent local, regional, and national utility providers in a broad range of services including business, real estate, environmental, litigation, and employment.

Our primary work for this industry involves handling complex real estate and environmental disputes, including lease issues, easements, encroachment, environmental contamination and clean-up, and real property and environmental litigation.
